Will companies still need to provide management information to their lender?
Possibly. This is a matter to be agreed by the company and its lender. Initially we expect that lenders will continue to require periodic MI from businesses. Subsequently we expect lender requests to become more focused on management commentary rather than financial analysis. We would also expect fewer requests from lenders for supporting financial analysis.
