To provide a secure and confidential way of submitting financial data to stakeholders without the need to extract data from an accounting system and without the need to produce a manually intensive Excel or PDF based document.

This sends an automated email to the company, typically addressed to an individual with access to the company's accounting software. Will companies still need to provide management information to their lender?

Possibly. This is a matter to be agreed by the company and its lender. Initially we expect that lenders will continue to require periodic MI from businesses. Subsequently we expect lender requests to become more focused on management commentary rather than financial analysis. We would also expect fewer requests from lenders for supporting financial analysis.
